After successful internship completion, you become a revenue partner. SparkUp Creative manages infrastructure and scaling. You manage or co-manage content execution. 40% of YouTube Partnership Program earnings go directly to you.
SparkUp Creative selects only 10 women per batch to ensure every participant receives personal attention, proper mentorship, and the best possible learning experience. This is not mass education — this is focused empowerment.

Genuine Need — Priority is given to women from rural, low-income, or underserved backgrounds who lack access to digital education.
Commitment & Seriousness — We assess your application essay and willingness to dedicate 90 days of consistent effort to the program.
Basic Requirements — Access to a laptop (or ability to arrange one) and a stable internet connection are mandatory for participation.
Age & Availability — Applicants must be 16 years or older and available to attend 3 live classes per week for the full 90-day duration.

The SparkUp Creative Women Empowerment Initiative is a free, merit-based training program designed to empower women from rural and underserved backgrounds with AI-powered digital skills. The program includes a 90-day training phase, skill certification, internship opportunity, and revenue partnership pathway.
To be eligible for this initiative, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Only 10 women are selected per batch. Selection is at the sole discretion of SparkUp Creative's leadership team and is based on genuine need, demonstrated commitment, availability, and basic resource requirements. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. SparkUp Creative reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing specific reasons.
The training is provided 100% free of charge. There are no hidden fees, registration charges, or material costs at any stage. However, participants are responsible for their own laptop, internet connection, and any personal expenses related to their participation.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the program.
Upon successful completion of the 90-day training, participants who meet the performance criteria will receive a SparkUp Creative Skill Certificate. This certificate confirms proficiency in AI content creation and digital workflow automation. Certification is not automatic — it is based on performance evaluation.
Internship placement (2 months) is offered only to certified participants who demonstrate consistent performance and professional conduct. Internship is learning-focused and does not constitute employment. SparkUp Creative reserves the right to discontinue an internship if standards are not met. Internship does not guarantee permanent employment or paid work.
After successful internship completion, eligible participants may become revenue partners under SparkUp Creative's YouTube Partnership model. Revenue partners receive 40% of YouTube Partnership Program earnings from channels they manage or co-manage. Revenue sharing is:
SparkUp Creative manages channel infrastructure, scaling, and strategy. Revenue partners manage or co-manage content execution.
All participants in the Women Empowerment Initiative are eligible to earn 25% flat commission by referring new students to SparkUp Creative's paid programs. Commissions are transferred directly to the participant's bank account upon successful enrollment of the referred student.
All content, templates, SOPs, prompts, and training materials provided during the program remain the intellectual property of SparkUp Creative LLC. Participants may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share program materials without written permission. Content created on SparkUp Creative-managed channels during internship or partnership remains the property of SparkUp Creative.
A participant may leave the program at any stage without penalty, legal action, or financial recovery. However, upon exit:
Participants must not share internal business strategies, channel analytics, revenue data, client information, or proprietary workflows with any external party during or after the program.
SparkUp Creative does not guarantee any specific income, job placement, or financial outcome from this program. All revenue sharing and earning opportunities are performance-based and subject to market conditions, platform policies, and individual effort. SparkUp Creative is not liable for any personal, financial, or professional decisions made by participants based on the training provided.
SparkUp Creative reserves the right to modify these terms, program structure, batch size, selection criteria, or revenue-sharing percentages at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes in advance.
This initiative is operated by SparkUp Creative LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. All disputes arising from this program will be handled under the jurisdiction applicable to SparkUp Creative LLC.
By submitting an application for the Women Empowerment Initiative, the applicant acknowledges that she has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Selected participants will be required to confirm their acceptance before the training begins.
